The NGO Development Center occupies a unique place in Palestinian civil society. We are the first
Palestinian NGO mechanism established, with 20 years of experience, staffed and managed by
Palestinians. NDC is dedicated to providing funding through grant-making, expert technical support and
capacity building, and acting as a platform for inter-sector learning and the implementation of sector
development initiatives for the Palestinian NGO community.
