Mr. Alaa Ghalayini, holds an MBA from the Islamic University in Gaza, and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA as a Fulbright Scholar, and earned a BSc. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.

Financial Manager

Mr. Hazem Quneibi serves as NDCs’ Financial Manager since April 2016. He holds a BA in Accounting from Birzeit University since 1995, and the Palestinian CPA since Jan. 2017. Mr. Quneibi has 7 years’ experience in accounting and 15 years in financial management. He works with several big NGOs and be the responsible for all financial procedures and issues. In addition to his experience and knowledge, Mr. Quneibi works as an auditor with one of the big audit firms.
